“Lissa and her team was absolutely wonderful from the initial contact up to the end of our wedding day! No matter what kind of wedding you’re having, she will make you and your partner feel like you have all of her attention as the most important couple. Throughout the whole process, she was so professional and supportive, even with not as traditional ideas. She had such a quick response time, usually within a day, or a couple hours, and sometimes even sooner! Her attention to detail in making my timeline was also amazing and I felt that we were able to have the whole day planned to the dot before the big day.
On the wedding day, she made sure everything ran so smoothly and we were not stressed out at all! We had some small hiccups with the layouts that our venue had set up, but a quick word from Lissa had them fixing the issue. She checked in on us at all the right times to make sure that everything was exactly as we wanted and that we were doing well. She’s the perfect amount of assertiveness, professionalism, and friendliness with everyone, including the guests.
The largest thing that stood out to me was how much all of our other vendors loved Lissa and working with her, and I could see it throughout the day. It was important to me that our vendors all worked well together and it really shows how great of a person Lissa is to be able to work with everyone. Our venue had restrictions such as a short setup window, but Lissa communicated with them and navigated the situation very well to make everything go smoothly. Even though we had a venue management person for the day of, it was nothing compared to working with someone that truly focuses on you and your needs. Our vision was captured beautifully, and we do not regret hiring her at all! Also, all her vendor recommendations such as the DJ and florist were so good!”
