FULL PLANNING + COORDINATION
The Full Wedding Planning package is perfect for busy couples who want to be involved in planning their big day but can’t always invest their energy into the details and logistics. We take your vision and ideas (even the 100’s of inspo pics) and guide you through every step of creating an expertly planned and cohesive wedding day.
This package is a full partnership where we are right there with you as we create your wedding budget, choose the perfect venue, build an incredible vendor team, attend your vendor meetings, review contracts, and design your ceremony and reception space to incorporate all of the dreamy details and personal touches.
We take care of communicating with your wedding team and all the back-end details so you can focus on enjoying the planning process from start to finish!

The Partial Planning package is for the couple who wants additional support throughout the process beyond Event Management. All Partial Planning packages are fully customizable and give you exactly what you need to help you through the planning process.
We can build your perfect vendor team by taking the guesswork out of reviewing dozens of wedding vendors and put together a curated list that match your budget and vibe. We guide you through the vendor selection process by attending initial consultations with vendors where we ask all the right questions and review contracts to assemble the perfect vendor team that will rock your wedding day!
If you have your vendors set, but you need guidance bringing your wedding vision to life we offer a design package that includes floral consultations, rental recommendations, and design boards to create the cohesive wedding you’ve envisioned.
Need something in between? Our most popular custom option provides guided monthly planning meetings to review vendor contracts, discuss design and decor, make an actionable plan for the month ahead, or anything else you need so all of the important wedding planning to-dos are covered.

Step 1
The Initial Meeting
We want to learn all about you two as a couple! What do you love, what part of the planning process makes you anxious, and how can we work best together.
Step 2
Planning Portal
Our custom planning portal is full of checklists and advice to keep us on track throughout your planning. It was hand crafted by our team for wedding planning in the DMV area – no cookie cutter checklists here!
Step 3
Book Your VIP Vendors
We want you to actually enjoy your engagement and take breaks throughout the process. Phase 1 is all about securing your VIP vendors and building an epic vendor team!
Step 4
The Design Phase
This phase brings all of the visual elements together. Give us all of your inspo photos that have been cluttering your phone, the Pinterest boards, the screenshots – we want to see every part of your vision! If you don’t have a vision yet, we can help with that, too. We want every aspect of your wedding to feel like YOU.
Step 5
The Final Details
We will begin making final decisions on table scapes, florals, and whether you want to include late night snacks, and provide vendors with final numbers (catering, florals, rentals, etc.). We will meet for your final walkthrough to discuss layout and timeline items, and start to confirm vendor services for your wedding through a draft timeline.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM PACKAGES?
Unless you are booking the Event Management or Full Planning packages, the majority of our Partial Planning clients fall in the custom package category. We work with our couples to provide custom options based on their specific needs, and are happy to create the perfect custom package for you!
WILL I STILL HAVE CONTROL OF MY WEDDING IF I HIRE YOU?
Yes! You can have as little or as much control or involvement as you want, even with our Full Planning & Design package! Ultimately, you make the decisions and we are here to help guide you along the way.
WILL YOU BRING A TEAM/ASSISTANT TO MY WEDDING?
Yes! All of our packages include at least one assistant for the entire duration of the contracted timeframe, on the day of your wedding. If we determine more help is needed, we can bring in additional assistants!
CAN WE HIRE YOU AS SOON AS WE GET ENGAGED OR SHOULD WE WAIT UNTIL WE HAVE A VENUE AND DATE?
We book full planning and some partial planning services (depending on the season) without a venue and a date, however if you are interested in the event management package we recommend booking as soon as you have secured your date and venue. We LOVE being your first stop on your wedding planning journey and help you create your budget and build a stellar vendor team!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK WITH YOUR TEAM?
It depends! Most of our full planning or partial planning couples hire us 12-18 months before their wedding day, and our event management couples usually hire us about 9-12 months before their wedding, especially for popular months of the year, like May, June, September, and October. However, we can rock virtually any timeframe as long as we have availability!
DO YOU WORK WITH CLIENTS WHO DON’T LIVE IN THE AREA?
Absolutely! About 20% of our clients are planning their wedding outside of the area.
We are very comfortable working around your schedule (even in another time zone) and planning in advance for your trips into town! This is where some of our customized planning tools can really come in handy to ease stress or anxiety about planning a wedding in a place where you are not currently located. We can do all of the planning via email, phone calls, video chats and through our online client portal.
DO YOU OFFER “DAY OF” OR “MONTH OF” COORDINATION?
The short answer: yes, we just call it event management.
After several years in the wedding planning business, we have found that it is best to serve our couples by including additional support on the front end to ensure a super smooth wedding day. We like to refer to it as event management because ‘day of’ coordination doesn’t fully encompass our services and what we do to prepare for your wedding day. Before your big day arrives we meet for a logistics call and a walkthrough of the space and we begin communicating with your vendors and designing the timeline. We are working behind the scenes to follow up with vendors and your venue about floor plans, arrival times, your photography timeline, and other logistics to prep for the big day. You’d be surprised how many things come up that you generally haven’t even thought of or even begun to plan at that 4-6 week mark. We finalize all of the details and have a timeline review meeting the week before your wedding and send follow ups to your vendors so they are kept in the loop. The more details we finalize and the more communication we have with your vendors pre-wedding, the better the day goes and the more peace of mind you have!
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOU AND A VENUE COORDINATOR?
There is a big difference between a Venue Coordinator, and a Day-Of Coordinator (or in our case, ‘Event Management Coordinator’). Although each venue varies in the services that they offer, their role is essentially to be there for the venues best interest, as we are there for YOU! We LOVE our Venue Coordinators, and between both teams we work together to create a beautiful and smooth wedding day.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I'M HIRING THE RIGHT PLANNER?
You are going to be working really closely with your planner, and spending a lot of time together, so you want to make sure you trust them, vibe with their planning style, and feel comfortable together! We like to say you need to genuinely LIKE your planner and feel like you could spend hours and hours together and feel at ease and then you know you’ve found the one. We know we are not going to be the perfect fit for every couple, and that’s ok! The first meeting is like a first date… we are both interviewing each other to see if we’re a match!
WHO ARE YOUR “IDEAL” CLIENTS?
We pride ourselves in being able to work well with virtually anyone. However, we do love and appreciate working with really excited, sweet, kind, and responsive couples. People who are looking forward to having us help them, and feel that we will have fun together throughout the planning process. Couples that appreciate the details and completely trust us with what we do; that’s when the magic happens! If you are a dog lover or a foodie, that’s just an added bonus for us!
